Tweaking Mozilla Firefox……..

1. Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"

2. Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"

3. Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to “50”.

4. Set "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" to "0"

5. Set “browser.download.manager.addToRecentDocs” to “false”.

6. Set “browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone” to “false”

7. Set ‘browser.download.manager.quitBehavior” and set it to “1” to pause downloads but don’t resume automatically; or set it to “2” if you prefer to cancel active downloads (you won’t be able to resume).

8. Set “browser.download.manager.showAlertOnComplete” to “false”

9. Set “browser.download.manager.retention “ to “0” to discard them as completed, or “1” on quit. The default value is “2“which discards nothing.

10. Set “network.http.request.timeout” to “300”

11. Set “network.http.request.max-start-delay” to “0”

12. Set “network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy” to “10”

13. Set “network.http.proxy.pipelining” to “true”

14. Set “network.http.proxy.version” to “1.0”
